Welcome to Wolfore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Wolfore LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Wolfore,” “we,” “us”), covering your use of the Wolfore app and website. By creating an account or using Wolfore, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Wolfore.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wolfore. If you are under 18, you may use Wolfore only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use. By using Wolfore, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Some gyms and trainers use Wolfore Studio to program for the people they train. If you use Wolfore through a gym, these Terms still govern your own account, and what your gym can and cannot see is described in our Privacy Policy. The gym itself operates under the Wolfore Studio Agreement. When you connect your account to a gym you also agree to Joining a gym on Wolfore, which covers what changes when a gym holds a record of you.
Wolfore provides training tools and information for general fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Strength training carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury.
Consult a physician or qualified professional before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition, are injured, or are pregnant. You are responsible for training within your ability and using proper form and equipment. You participate in any exercise and use Wolfore at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfore is not responsible for any injury, harm, or loss resulting from your use of the app or any activity you perform.
Wolfore uses passwordless sign-in (magic links and passkeys). You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, and use one account per person. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Wolfore offers a 35-day free trial that does not require a card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed at the price shown when you subscribe, through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
If you do not subscribe when your trial ends, your account enters a short grace period (currently 14 days) during which you can still subscribe or export your data. If you have not subscribed by the end of that grace period, your account and associated data are permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you are an active member of a gym that uses Wolfore Studio, your account is kept open for as long as that membership lasts and this grace period does not run — see the Privacy Policy for details.
You can cancel anytime, and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. Billing and subscription management are handled on the web. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing in the future; any change applies to billing periods after we give you notice. To prevent abuse of free trials, we allow one free trial per email address.
You keep ownership of the content you create in Wolfore, such as your programs, exercises, notes, and logged training. You grant Wolfore a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Generic, non-personal content you create, such as an exercise definition (its name and attributes), may be added to Wolfore’s shared exercise library for the benefit of all users. This does not include your personal training data, your notes, or your records, which remain yours.
You can export your data at any time, including during your trial and after you cancel. Importing data into Wolfore is a feature available to subscribers.

We may add, change, or remove features and set or modify limits at any time. We work to keep Wolfore available and reliable, but we do not provide a service-level agreement or guarantee any level of uptime. The service runs on third-party infrastructure, and access may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable at times.
Wolfore is a small, independently run product. We provide support on a reasonable-effort basis and do not guarantee response times or around-the-clock availability. We read every message and respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Wolfore is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfore and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
You can stop using Wolfore and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content licenses we need to keep operating the service, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using Wolfore after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
